Performance Update 10-October-2019

Analysis Range:
•    Before: 09/09/19 - 15/09/19
•    After: 30/09/19 - 06/10/19

Results (Domain wide):
•    Average transaction time - 16% improvement (fairly good when average transactions > 1million per M-F day)
•    Login Average Response time - 18% faster (averaged; note this does not include citrix/imprivata components)
•    % Transactions over 5 seconds - 48% improvement
•    % Transactions under 2 seconds - 1.4% improvement (whist this sounds like a small %, it does mean that about 125,000 transactions are processing faster)

Note: It is unlikely that the above performance improvement will assist with any IPM messaging/interface, so work needs to continue in this space.
