Gestational Age at Birth
As part of the demographic information, the Newborn, paediatric < 3 months, and 3-12 month charts display the patient's:
- Gestational age at birth, and
- Corrected gestational age
The gestational age at birth can be entered under 'Preterm Information' in the Paediatric Growth form from the Growth Charts page
The entered gestational age will appear along the top of the Observation Chart
NOTE: a growth chart measurement (i.e weight) must entered for the gestational age at birth to appear on the BTF Observation Chart
