In the Advance Care Documents tab of the patient's chart, the summary view of the current Resuscitation Plan will be visible. Click Cancel Plan.
The Cancel Resuscitation Plan window will display. Select a Discontinue Reason from the dropdown list.
Click Cancel Plan and enter PowerChart password.
The cancelled Plan can be viewed under Previous Plans.
