- Click on the mandatory Procedure/s Coding: MBS-E (NSW) field on the operation report.
- An Encounter Procedure window will appear.
- Click Add to search for the procedure.
- Search for the procedure by clicking on the binoculars icon next to the Procedure field.
- A Procedure Search window will appear.
- Search by Name or Search by Code.
- Highlight the relevant procedure and click OK.
Note: for MBS-E codes that are not listed, search for term Not Applicable/Not listed
- In the Encounter Procedure window the selected procedure will appear in the Procedure field.
- Click OK or OK & Add New to add another procedure.
- Click Cancel to cancel and close the Encounter Procedure window
- Your procedure appears on the list of recently selected procedures in the Encounter Procedure window.
- Highlight the procedure you just added.
- Click Include to include it in your Operation Report.
