Notes:
- Load Infusions should be discontinued when completed
- Modifications to rates or additives in Continuous Infusions is done via the prescription of a NEW order. The current/old order needs to be discontinued to remove it from the MAR and avoid confusion.
- Click on Orders
- Locate the order
- Right click and select cancel/discontinue
- Enter a discontinue reason
- Sign order
- Prescribe the new order
