When a RHW neonate is being admitted to SCH for surgery:
1. Remind RHW to put the patient on Collaborative Care Leave in their system.
2. Complete SCH admission into Neonate Ward using Patient Management as per QS: Admitting a patient without a waitlist booking (General Admission).
3. Remind RHW to complete paper order for emergency surgery.
4. Emergency Surgery is booked by theatres
5. Patient is Checked in for surgery in SCHN SurgiNet
6. Surgery is completed.
7. Patient returns to RHW with printed SurgiNet Operation Report from SCHN Surginet.
8. Patient is discharged from SCHN via Patient Management.
9. Remind RHW to take patient off Collaborative Care Leave.
