Open QARS from the Application Launcher Window
Log In, All NSW Health staff have access to QARS
- Username - employee/Stafflink number
- Password - Stafflink password
- Select ‘QARS Survey’ tab at the top of the screen
- Select ‘Results/Reports’ from the QARS Survey menu options
- All surveys that you have access to will be listed in rows
NOTE: If you cannot see your service/departments Telehealth survey, please contact the PRM Project Officer on 0439 949 864 or email SCHN-PRM@health.nsw.gov.au
- In the relevant row, click on the name of the report or the purple button in the ‘Show Report’ column to access the results to the survey
- Scroll down for a summary of all the data collected via this survey
- You can download this summary including the graphs by clicking the PDF or MS Word icons.
- To download the raw data collected in an excel CSV file, including all free-text comments, click the Excel icon.
- This file will be available to open in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.
