Current or previous Resuscitation Plans can be viewed in the Advance Care Documents tab or through the Notification Tile link in the Paediatric/Nursing View tab.
In the advance Care Documents tab, if the patient has a current active Resuscitation Plan, a summary view displays. To view the full Plan, click View Full Plan.
If the patient has previously created Resuscitation Plans, these can be viewed by clicking Previous Plans and clicking Open.
Both current and previous Resuscitation Plans can also be viewed in the Documentation tab in the patient chart.
