- Hardware related issues (e.g. computer not working, damaged I.T equipment)
- Clinical Applications
- Non-clinical applications (basic use)
- Training and Support of clinical applications
- learning.kids
- Account related queries
Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00
Weekend/Public Holidays 08:00 - 1630
Alternatively log an IT help desk ticket via intranet for non-urgent matters.
Urgent assistance After Hours
For all urgent IT Support after hours impacting patient care, please contact IT Services via 98450333. Switchboard will put you in contact with the appropriate service.
Monday to Friday 17:00 - 07:00
Weekend/Public Holidays 16:30 - 08:00
For all non-urgent application support after hours (not impacting patient care).
- Seek assistance from the SuperUser of the ward.
- Use learning.kids (learning.schn.health.nsw.gov.au) and search by program, profession or keywords.
- Log an IT help desk ticket via intranet (http://chw.schn.health.nsw.gov.au/ou/its/resources/forms/_help_desk_general.php).
