Add a new Asthma Action Plan
- Click on Management Plans in the Menu.
- Click on the link Asthma Action Plan under Add a New Management Plan
- The Asthma Action Plan for Children and Young People will open
- Select the appropriate facility and fill in the form by clicking on <Alpha>
- Sign off the form using the Green Tick (top left)
- Click Refresh List and the Asthma Action Plan will be displayed, double-click on the link to view or print
