Admin Training

Welcome to Admin Training

Admin training includes the following:

• iPM - SESLHD Patient Management - Required to support the shared services model at Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick. This is a virtual session facilitated via Teams.

• Outpatient Referral Processes - This training is offered on a 'by request' basis and is facilitated in a classroom setting. Please contact ATSU to organise this training. 

• Cerner Outpatient Scheduling training is an online module on My Health Learning. The Course Code is: 464599871 and the name of the online course is: SCHN Scheduling Appointment Book Fundamentals. We do not offer classroom sessions for this training.

• Cerner Inpatient Administration training is an online module on My Health Learning. The Course Code is: 509613860 and the name of the online course is: SCHN Patient Management Fundamentals. We do not offer classroom sessions for this training. 

• Cerner Medical Record Number Creation training is an online module on My Health Learning. This course specifically covers how to create a Medical Record Number for a Westmead Children's Hospital patient. The Course Code is: 509498197 and the name of the online course is: SCHN Patient Management: Create a new CHW MRN. We do not offer classroom sessions for this training.

iPM Access

iPM access must be requested via the SCHN iPM Access request form. Please obtain approval for iPM access prior to enrolling in iPM training.

This can be found on the SCHN Intranet. Click the eMR|ICT tab at the top > SCHN Patient Medical Record - eMR requests and access on the left menu > iPM access

Please complete, print and provide hand signature of employee and Department Head.
