Multi-Patient Task List (MPTL) - Chart Not Done

The Chat Not Done function can be used in PowerChart's Multi-Patient Task List and Task List, to remove unwanted tasks.

It is to be used if; a task has already been completed on the eMR, if it is a duplicate task, or if it is no longer required.

This decision is based on your local workflows. 

• Navigate to Multi-Patient Task List in the top toolbar,
  
  
  or navigate to Task List in the patient's Chart under Menu
  
   
• Locate the patient's Task to be removed from the list, ensure only one is highlighted
• Right click, then click Chart Not Done 
  
• The task will drop off the List
