SCH- SurgiNet: Theatre Nurse AdHoc forms

For SCHN, SurgiNet is accessed via PowerChart (SCHN).

Theatre Nurse AdHoc forms required for the documentation of the surgical case can be found under the Surgical Service folder.

• Open AdHoc.
• Extend pop-up window or scroll down to see Surgical Service folder.

• Open the form required.

NOTE: If you leave the pop-up window enlarged it will remain like this next time you open AdHod, making the Surgical Service Folder more easily visible.
