Retrieving your Extension Voicemail messages - SCH

This document is for staff working at The Children's Hospital Westmead. In order to retrieve messages in your voicemail first setup and program calls to be forwarded to voicemail. 

Retrieving Voicemails from your Extension

  • Dial 29999 you will be prompted to enter your security code  
  • Voicemail options include:

Press 1 - to listen to new messages
Press 2 - to record and send a message
Press 5 - to listen to saved messages
Press * - to quit 

Calling Voicemail from another extension in SCH

  • Dial 29999 you will be prompted to enter your security code 
  • Dial *# then enter your Extension number, you will be prompted to enter your security code  

Calling Voicemail externally or working from home

  • Dial 9382-9999 
  • Voicemail will answer with please enter your Extension number
  • You are logged in when the system requests your security code

Options at the end of each message:

4 - Delete the message 
- Save the message 
2 - Forward the message 
6 - Repeat the message
