This document is for staff working at The Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick. Setup your voicemail to create a greeting for your callers.
Setup Voicemail
- Lift the hand piece Dial 29999, enter the security code 0000
- Follow the voice prompts to record your personal greeting. If you cannot access the system after entering 0000 contact the Switchboard who will reset the mail box.
Manage Voicemail
To change your voicemail greeting, security code or name:
- Lift the hand piece on your phone and Dial 29999, enter your security code
- Press 3 for User Options
- Press 1 for Personal Options
- Follow the voice prompt options:
3 - to change your greeting
4 - to change your security code
5 - to change your name
