My Health Memory - View Account Holders (Cartula)

All listed account holders for a patient My Health Memory account can be found in the patient's chart in PowerChart

• Log into PowerChart

• Search for Patient using a three point identification check
• Select an encounter 
• Click OK

• In the Cartula Communications widget on the Summary Pages, click View Account Holders 

• A list of the Account Holders for the patient will be listed
