Where to find the Telehealth Experience Dashboard

The Dashboard is found on the SCHN home intranet page under "Clinical Links" "How safe are we?" menu. Click on the link here.

 

Navigate the Dashboard using tabs

Data on the current Dashboard reflect results from July 2021 onwards. This is the date the current Ministry of Health survey was endorsed for use as part of a My Virtual Care appointment. The survey automatically pops up for families to voluntarily complete at the end of their appointment.

Data is refreshed at the beginning of each month with any new survey responses.

The tabs across the top of the page navigate to data on different topics represented in different formats.  The specific questions relating to each topic are in italics under each graph.

Snapshot

A consolidated summary of key data provided by patients and their families. This brings together key charts from a range of other tabs*.  Includes the Top 5 survey responses by department.

 

Demographic

Overview of who completed the surveys ie patients or parent/carers; first time telehealth patients; regional vs urban locations; age range.

 

Technology

Data on the technology used: the platform, device and any technical issues*.

 

Appointment

Data about a suitable appointment time that families were able to get.

 

PREM

Patient Reported Experience Measures include data on feeling involved, understanding explanations, involvement in decisions, being listened to and rating of overall care.

 

Impact for families

Uses a Net Promoter Score (NPS) based on how likely respondents would be to recommend telehealth to family and friends.
