This document is for staff working at The Children's Hospital Westmead.
- Dial ** from your extension or press the
symbol on the device and you will be connected to Voicemail.
If you do not have an established voicemail, please contact the Voice Communications department
- To begin, state your Name only, then press *
- Record your personal greeting, then press *
- Record your Busy greeting, then press *
- Enter a New Security code, 3 - 10 digits long and repeat to confirm, then press *
- Press 1 to confirm your settings [1 = YES and 2 = NO]
- When you are finished press * * * to hang up.
(This is important because it sends verification to the Voicemail system that you have finished)
