Performing a Cycle Count
1. Log into the cabinet with your fingerprint or User ID.
2. Press Cycle Count.
3. Select Touched and Control Level 6.
4. Press Count Now.
5. Follow instructions on screen. ADC will guide you to count the items starting from the left of the cabinet.
6. Push on flashing button, lift bin lid or open drawer when prompted by ADC to count item. Item to count will be indicated on the screen.
7. Count item.
8. Enter the quantity into Items Counted.
9. Push next flashing bin button or open next lid to count next item. For open matrix drawers, click on Next Item on the screen to proceed.
- An alert will appear on screen if your counted quantity does not match the ADC inventory level. Press Yes to proceed and update inventory level or No to recount item and enter revised quantity.
10. For items which do not need to be counted (e.g. "Fridge Item", "Albumin") click on Skip Item to proceed.
11. Continue until all items are counted.
