Performing a Supplemental Restock
1. Log into the cabinet with your fingerprint or User ID.
2. Press Supplemental Restock.
3. Type the name (or part) of the medication you are restocking and select it on the screen.
4.Enter the Quantity to Restock into the ADC. Select OK to continue.
- Note: Round bottles up to the nearest bottle. This will be corrected with a cycle count.
5. Quantity to restock will be displayed on screen next to the item.
6. Repeat steps 3 - 5 for any additional items for restocking.
7. Select Restock Meds Now to begin the restocking.
8. The ADC will display the item for restocking on the screen and the lights will flash to indicate where your item is located. Follow the below steps for different locations when the ADC unlocks.
- Shelf – Button flashes > Press button.
- Open Matrix Drawers – Drawer light flashes > Pull open drawer > Section for restock lit up.
- Locking Lid Bins – Drawer light flashes > Pull open drawer > Lift lid next to green light.
- Supply Drawers – Centre light of drawer flashes > Pull open drawer > Press button.
- Fridge – Fridge lock light flashes > Pull open fridge.
9. Scan the item you would like to restock using the barcode scanner on the right of the ADC.
- Warning: Items which normally have a barcode and have been removed from original packaging cannot be restocked.
10. Restock Amount will be displayed on the screen. Select the +/- keys to adjust if necessary.
11. Check Prior Bin Level on the screen and ensure it matches the current quantity in the area you are restocking before putting stock in.
- Adjust stock level by pressing Change Bin Level when necessary. See end of this Quickstart for more details.
12. Adjust/add expiry date in Expiration Date to item that is expiring the soonest.
- Note: Expiry date is blank if prior bin level is 0
13. Put stock in ADC and close door.
14. Perform a check on expired items.
