Program call forwarding to Voicemail - CHW

This document is for staff working at The Children's Hospital Westmead. In order to program calls to be forwarded to voicemail, setup your voicemail. This means that if your phone is busy or rings 4 times without being answered, the incoming calls will be forwarded. 

   Setup diversion to Voicemail

  • Lift handset or press Speaker
  • Dial Busy/No Answer code *12
  • Dial Voice Mail extension 53911
  • Hang up

   Cancel diversion to Voicemail

  • Lift handset or press Speaker
  • Dial Busy/No Answer code #12
  • Hang up
